Graduating students may invite up to six (6) guests each to commencement day events. Graduates need to use their BW student ID number (without leading zeros) as the passcode to order their free tickets.

Please Note: Your ID is a single-use passcode regardless of how many tickets you claim. If you are still determining how many tickets you need, claim all six.

Your selected number of tickets will be emailed as PDF files or you can download them from the order confirmation page for easy sharing with guests. Unused tickets may be shared with other students and their families.

Guests will be asked to present printed tickets or show their tickets on their phones at the Lou Higgins Recreation Center. No ticket is needed for the baccalaureate service or the President's reception.

Please arrive early. Doors open at 1:00 p.m. The Commencement Ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 p.m. Late arriving guests may be asked to remain outside Ursprung Gymnasium until the procession is completed before being seated.

Special seating is available for those with mobility issues. Family may also be seated with those requiring special seating.
