Graduating students may invite up to five (5) guests each to commencement day events. Children aged 5 and under do not need a ticket. Graduates must use their BW student ID number (without leading zeros) as the passcode to order their free tickets.
Please note that your ID serves as a single-use passcode, no matter how many tickets you claim. If you’re unsure of how many tickets you need, feel free to claim all five. If tickets are still available after Thursday, April 17, students will receive an email with details on how to claim additional tickets.
Your selected number of tickets will be emailed as PDF files, or you can download them from the order confirmation page for easy sharing with guests. Unused tickets may be shared with other students and their families.
Guests will be asked to present printed tickets or show their tickets on their phones at the Lou Higgins Recreation Center. The baccalaureate service, President's reception and White Rose ceremony do not require tickets.
Please arrive early. Doors open at 1:00 p.m. The Commencement Ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 p.m. Late arriving guests may be asked to remain outside Ursprung Gymnasium until the procession is completed before being seated.
Special seating will be available for individuals with mobility challenges. Families can also be seated together with those needing special seating.
